RentSnagr came out of a simple but frustrating problem: when a rental dispute happens, tenants, landlords, and agents are usually working from weak evidence. A few WhatsApp photos, unclear dates, scattered messages.
That isn't enough when a security deposit is on the line. RentSnagr gives people a better way to record property condition right at the start.
Why We Built It
In the UAE rental market, handovers move fast. Tenants are collecting keys, booking movers, setting up utilities, and trying to settle in. Property condition gets documented too late, too casually, or not at all. Then it becomes a problem at move-out.
We built RentSnagr to make that documentation quick, affordable, and organised, so confusion never gets a chance to start.
