Common Questions

• Do I need an account to create a tenant report?

  No. The Tenant flow is session-based — you capture, pay AED 49, and we email you the PDF. Your session lives in your browser; if you switch devices we'll email you a resume link.

• How strong is the photo evidence?

  Every photo is time-stamped and bundled into a tamper-evident PDF along with location verification and your electronic signature. We can't guarantee the outcome of any specific dispute, but the format is designed to be clear and credible for landlords, agents, and arbitrators.

• What if I don't finish my report in one go?

  Your draft stays for 7 days. Photos and notes are saved to the cloud as you capture them, so you can close the browser and come back later from the same device — or use the resume link we email after you submit your address.

• Can I share the report with my landlord or agent?

  Yes. After payment you'll get the PDF by email and a shareable link. The link lets your landlord or agent open the report without an account, acknowledge or dispute each item, and keep their own copy. You can share by link, WhatsApp, or email.

• Do I need internet to capture photos?

  Capture works on any modern mobile browser — no app download required. A short signal drop while you're inside the property is fine — your photos queue and upload when you're back online. For long offline stretches, install RentSnagr to your home screen first (see above).

• How do Landlords and Agents use RentSnagr?

  Landlords manage their properties in a dashboard, invite Tenants by secure magic link, and review each captured item with acknowledge or dispute — no password required. Agents run inspections under their own agency brand. See the Pricing page for plan details.

• What's the inventory checklist?

  Landlords and Agents can set up a per-property inventory — every item in the unit with its expected count, condition, and optional serial number. The checklist is durable: set it up once for a property and it auto-fills every move-in and move-out inspection on that property. At move-out, the report shows a side-by-side comparison against the move-in baseline so missing or changed items are easy to spot. Free for Landlords and Agents on every plan.
